Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting students across Ingham County as an Occupational Therapist this upcoming school year. Two opportunities are available: one full-time and one part-time position, both serving K-12th grade learners in various district locations within the county. Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license issued by the state of Michigan
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but all pediatric OTs welcome
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
• Adaptability to work with a diverse student population from Kindergarten through 12th grade

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify physical, sensory, or developmental challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with students' IEPs or 504 plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services within classroom and small group environments
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Support teachers and staff with strategies to enhance student participation and access to learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
