We are seeking two dedicated OTs—one full-time and one part-time—to make a meaningful difference for K-12th grade students beginning this September. Your key qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist licensure (required)
• Prior experience as an OT in school or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of school sites within Ingham County

Your primary responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings and student-focused planning
• Educate and support families in understanding therapy goals and reinforcing interventions at home
