Simply put, as the Dietary Manager, you will guide your kitchen team and ensure that quality, nutritional meals are provided daily, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. In this position, you may be responsible for a small amount of cooking. You will work to ensure you have a strong team working in the correct positions for a smoothly run kitchen. In addition, you will have responsibility for the ordering of inventory, managing the budget and ensuring menu compliance.

Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. You'll be joining a family of more than 4,000 employees, and one purpose unites us all-to be champions of every journey.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM); in a CDM program; or a Registered Dietician (RD).
• 1+ years' working experience as a Food and Nutrition Manager or Dietitian in a Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Retirement facility or other type of healthcare facility is preferred
