Position Store General Manager – Full‑time position responsible for overseeing all operations of a Domino's Pizza store. Job Summary The Store General Manager leads the store team, ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with company policies, and profitability. Responsibilities Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Lead by example, enforce 100 % compliance with all policies and procedures. Oversee staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, and store cleanliness. Maintain high standards of customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation. Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Work to a schedule, maximize profitability, and implement company strategies. General Job Duties (All Store Team Members) Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients, prepare products, and process telephone orders. Conduct inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Training & Development Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided. Candidates must complete Manager in Training before assuming GM duties. Communication Skills Give clear written instructions. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers (phone and in‑person). Interact respectfully and effectively across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races. Essential Functions & Skills Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly. Handle monetary transactions and make correct change. Use verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Operate computer keyboard or touch‑screen to enter orders. Read maps and locate addresses within assigned delivery area. Navigate difficult terrain while carrying product. Work Conditions & Physical Requirements Exposure to Adverse weather when removing trash and delivering product. Temperature ranges from 36 °F to 90 °F+ in-store. Fumes from food odors. Cornmeal dust and cramped conditions (walk‑in cooler). Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F. Sharp edges and moving parts. Sensing Clear hearing on telephone; vision for near, mid, and far tasks. Distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Crane and night vision for driving. Temperaments Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress. Meet quality control standards, analyze data, make judgments and decisions. Willingness to perform any required job. Physical Requirements Standing Most tasks performed standing; work surfaces range 36″–48″. Walking Delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customers; paperwork performed at a desk. Lifting Lift 50‑pound deliveries up to 72″ high. Use hand truck for bulk deliveries. Carrying Carry large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) and pizza sauce (≈30 lb). Carry trays of dough (≈12 lb) three at a time. Pushing Move trays on dollies; apply up to 7.5 lb force. Pull trays as needed. Climbing Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance. Stooping/Bending Forward bending at pizza assembly; 30–45 s per instance. Additional bending at front counter and stocking areas. Crouching/Squatting Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching Continuous reaching up, down, and forward; occasionally above 72 ″. Reach down for tasks like scooping cornmeal; reach forward for toppings and phone. Hand Tasks Eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous hand use. Manipulate pizza peel and rolling cutter. Forceful pinching in cardboard box assembly. Grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, peel, and boxes. Machines & Equipment Use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
