Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (Flint/Detroit Metro, MI)

Clinical Specialist providing on-site surgical support for Stryker's navigation technology systems. Responsibilities include training operating room staff, preparing preoperative scans, ensuring procedural efficiency, and driving product utilization across hospital accounts in the Flint/Detroit metro region.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical training to surgeons and OR staff on navigation system operation
• Prepare and process preoperative imaging data using proprietary software for surgical guidance
• Deliver on-site case coverage and support during surgical procedures
• Generate complaint reports and manage purchase orders for consumed products and services
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase product utilization and surgeon relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of clinical experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle biohazardous materials and instruments safely
• Physical capability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds constantly
• Sales and/or marketing experience preferred

Compensation: $59,900 - $83,300 USD Annual
