The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an Employment Specialist to help newly arrived refugees achieve self-sufficiency through employment. You will provide job readiness coaching, employer connections, and support through the application and placement process. In this hybrid role, you will cultivate employer partnerships, conduct intake assessments, and deliver orientations to prepare clients for successful job placements, while maintaining detailed records and compliance with #J-18808-Ljbffr International Rescue Committee
