What You'll Do Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and milestones. Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project plans with corporate strategies. Oversee vendor relationships to secure cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials. Direct associates and contractors on processes, procedures, and phasing plans to minimize operational impact. Monitor project budgets and assess economic and customer experience impacts of decisions. Communicate project status and adjustments to key stakeholders clearly and promptly. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Salary The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Additional Compensation Stock Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
