Fund Accountant

Key Responsibilities: Fund Accounting & Operations Manage daily cash activity and reconcile fund bank accounts Calculate management fees and expense allocations Prepare journal entries and maintain fund general ledgers Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and investor notices Prepare quarterly financial statements and income allocations Calculate fund performance metrics, including MOIC and gross/net IRR Support year-end audit processes and coordinate with external auditors Investor & Internal Reporting Support investor reporting and respond to ad hoc information requests Partner with finance and investment professionals on fund activity and reporting Assist with analysis related to fund performance and portfolio activity Support internal reporting and special projects as needed Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or the investment industry Financial services public accounting or fund administration experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3.0+ GPA preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-starter with a genuine interest in private equity and investment management #J-18808-Ljbffr
