Insurance Customer Service Representative

Supporting inbound healthcare-related inquiries, the full-time Project-Based Customer Service Representative will provide accurate information and assist callers with coverage, plan details, and account updates in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Actively listen to callers to understand their concerns and create a positive customer experience Provide accurate information regarding healthcare plan services and assist with account-related updates Document all interactions thoroughly and de-escalate concerns with empathy and professionalism Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years of age or older Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in healthcare call center or related customer service roles Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
