$90,000 – $115,000 DOE + Benefits Stipend

A globally recognized creative principal and philanthropist is seeking a patient, highly responsive, and detail-oriented Executive / Personal Assistant to act as a trusted operational partner. This role supports a dynamic leader across a wide range of creative ventures, philanthropic initiatives, and private lifestyle matters.

The position offers a primarily remote schedule when the principal is traveling, with the required agility to work in-person at the Principal's NoHo office when they are in New York City. The ideal candidate thrives in creative environments, brings an intuitive ability to translate big-picture vision into clear action items, and possesses a modern tech toolkit—including AI-driven workflow tools and presentation software.

 

Location: NYC-based (Hybrid / Remote with in-person presence in NoHo as needed).

 

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Thought Translation

• Concept-to-Execution: Act as an intuitive sounding board—translating the Principal’s high-level ideas, notes, and creative vision into structured, prioritized action plans with clear execution options.
• Deck & Visual Support: Edit, polish, and refine existing pitch decks, presentations, and creative briefs using InDesign (Mac) , PowerPoint , and modern digital tools.
• Tech & AI Integration: Leverage AI-assisted research and productivity tools to streamline workflows, compile briefings, and optimize daily efficiency.
• Stakeholder & Network Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with the COO, house staff, contractors, and external creative partners, quickly learning the key players in the Principal's ecosystem.

Operations

• Communications & Follow-Up: Serve as a proactive gatekeeper and representative—managing high-volume correspondence across Gmail, text, and Zoom, and driving rigorous follow-through on behalf of the Principal.
• Side Projects & Logistics: Manage ad-hoc personal projects, vendor coordination, and specialized initiatives across both philanthropic foundation efforts and commercial ventures.
• Lifestyle Alignment: Support the Principal’s fluid, creative workflow with patience, adaptable scheduling, and a calm, reassuring presence.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting UHNW individuals, global figures, or executive leaders across creative, non-profit, or cultural industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Google Workspace , Zoom , InDesign (Mac) , PowerPoint , and AI-driven office tools.
• Working Style: Exceptionally detail-oriented, patient, and proactive. You understand how creative minds operate and excel at bringing order, clarity, and structure without stifling artistic flow.
• Discretion & Diplomacy: Highly polished with flawless judgment. You understand the nuances of working alongside global figures and protecting their privacy at all times.
