This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and report EV/EVM baselines to ensure we capture the performance tracking rigor that is essential for 1LMXManage cost, schedule, technical and risk across the 1LMX PortfolioProvide leadership across the 1LMX Portfolio for overall performance to meet business need, while managing the overall cost and schedule of the portfolioWork closely with IT service owners, IT business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure key IT capabilities, delivery timelines, and service impacts are understood and aligned with business needs, as well as defined budget targetsEstablish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules; identify program problems and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specificationsDrive corrective action plans and close out root cause analysesPartner with Operations, Finance, or other cross functional groups to resolve schedule or cost variancesOwn the end-to-end execution of action items that arise from risk reviewsManage external vendors, oversee contract compliance and performanceThe role may require extended work hours and weekend effort during critical program milestonesThis is a fully remote role and does not require being physically located at a specific Lockheed Martin facility.Desired SkillsP&L responsibility (or budget authority) and demonstrated ability to drive cost avoidance initiativesExperience with Agile methodology and planningExperience with multiple Business AreasExperience with SAP or SuccessFactorsExperience with Earned Value ManagementOther Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
