Senior Accountant

L&L Metal Fabrication is a custom metal fabrication company providing precision fabrication, machining, welding, finishing, and related services for a wide range of industrial and commercial metal products. Our accounting function plays an important role in supporting the financial accuracy and operational visibility needed to keep the business running smoothly.

In this role, you will take ownership of core accounting processes that support day-to-day operations and month-end accuracy. You will work across key financial activities, help maintain organized documentation, and contribute to a dependable, well-run accounting process that supports internal stakeholders and external financial review needs.
Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage job costing.
• Prepare WIP schedules and work schedules.
• Complete month-end closing activities.
• Manage sales and use tax collections on receivables.
• Prepare documentation for CPA financial reviews and financial audits.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of accounting experience covering full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• 4+ years of experience with job costing, preparing WIP schedules, and supporting month-end closing.
• 4+ years of experience managing sales and use tax collections on receivables.
• 4+ years of experience preparing documentation for CPA financial reviews and audits.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
