Crossroads Treatment Centers in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Patient Ambassador to deliver excellent service, check in patients, handle payments, and support daily operations. You will guide new patients through intake, coordinate with clinical staff, and maintain a friendly, professional attitude, providing a "white glove" experience.
