Middle School Bookkeeper & Registrar

Position Summary: This position manages building-level financial transactions, maintains student information systems (Infinite Campus), and works closely with the office manager. This role serves as a key liaison between administration, staff, parents, and students by coordinating purchasing, recordkeeping, registration, and student enrollment. When needed, this position will assist with the clinic.

Bookkeeper

• Execute daily financial transactions for the middle school, including fee collections, form processing, and accounts payable.
• Manage purchase orders, purchase requests, credit card reconciliations, and use of Business Plus for deposits.
• Work with CTE department on audit requirements for our MS Exploratory Courses.
• Monitor and oversee students assigned to office detention, maintaining an orderly and supportive environment.
• Serve as a contact for telephone inquiries about school administrative operations.

Registrar & Administrative Support

• Serve as the building's primary Student Information System (SIS) database coordinator, working with grades, athletics, ad hoc, and ELD coordinator, and assist with October Count.
• Coordination with the health assistant with incoming immunizations.
• Build, maintain, and update the middle school master schedule in coordination with school leadership and the counseling department.
• Manage the complete student registration process and assist with creating lines of enrollment for our open enrollment applications.
• Maintain and update cumulative student records in compliance with district and privacy standards.
