Position Title Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) Employment Type W-2 | Fee-for-Service | Pay Per Encounter Schedule Part-Time: 2 days per week nonconsecutive days (daytime hours; you pick the days!) Full-Time: Monday–Friday (daytime hours, typically a building a day would involve driving to additional locations.) Full‑time status is eligible for full benefits (listed below). Job Summary Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities.
