CNA LTC PositionTryfacta is seeking a CNA LTC for our client in Crivitz, WI 54114. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: CNA LTCLocation: Crivitz, WI 54114Duration: 13-weekWork Schedule: 1.30PM-10PM OR 2PM-10.30PMPay rate: $25 to $33 per hourResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Provide compassionate and hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.Assist with transfers, repositioning, feeding, and maintaining resident safety.Provide care for rehabilitation, short-stay, LTC, and dementia-care residents.Complete accurate resident documentation and charting using MatrixCare.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.Work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals.Requirements:Current CNA certification.Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.Experience caring for dementia residents is preferred.Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.Ability to work evening shifts as scheduled.Staffing Ratios:CNA: Approximately 1:10LPN: Approximately 1:19RN: Approximately 1:19Charge RN: Approximately 1:19Additional Information:43-bed facility with 2 units/halls.Any color scrubs accepted.Experience with rehabilitation, short-stay, LTC, and dementia care.MatrixCare charting experience is preferred.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
