Duration: 13-week
Work Schedule: 1.30PM-10PM OR 2PM-10.30PM
Pay rate : $ 25 to $33 per hour

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Job Description:

• Provide compassionate and hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, feeding, and maintaining resident safety.
• Provide care for rehabilitation, short-stay, LTC, and dementia-care residents.
• Complete accurate resident documentation and charting using MatrixCare.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with RNs, LPNs, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification.
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
• Experience caring for dementia residents is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts as scheduled.

Staffing Ratios:

• CNA: Approximately 1:10
• LPN: Approximately 1:19
• RN: Approximately 1:19
• Charge RN: Approximately 1:19

• Additional Information:
• 43-bed facility with 2 units/halls.
• Any color scrubs accepted.
• Experience with rehabilitation, short-stay, LTC, and dementia care.
• MatrixCare charting experience is preferred.
