About the Role Bay Logistics is expanding in the Phoenix market, and we’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our footprint across logistics, transportation, warehousing, and quality inspection services. What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities throughout the Phoenix region. Promote Bay Logistics services including transportation, warehousing, logistics, inventory management, WMS solutions, and quality inspection. Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and customer leads. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations. Support digital marketing and social media initiatives. Collaborate internally with customer service, billing, and operational teams. Travel within the region to meet with customers and attend relevant business events. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. 1 year of business development or sales experience preferred. Logistics or transportation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and common social media platforms. Self‑motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn the operational side of the business. Work Environment & Travel Field-based role with regular client visits throughout the Phoenix market. Standard Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Approximately 50% travel expected.
