Senior Business Analyst, Process Improvement

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 12+ years of experience in a relevant area such as program management, GEOINT/IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis.
• We require a bachelors degree in business or a related field; in lieu of a degree, we require 15+ years of experience.
• We look for strong leadership capability and demonstrated experience mentoring team members in complex subject areas.
• We expect a proven record of managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• We need the ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers and evaluate the results of implemented strategies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
• We require a current, active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• We require the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move around the office to access files, equipment, and communicate with coworkers, management, and customers, including by email, phone, or virtual meetings, which may involve delivering presentations.

• We provide senior program and project management support, including developing strategic plans, policies, and SOPs while leading process improvement and re-engineering efforts using methods such as Six Sigma and ITIL.
• We prepare and present executive-level briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans to support senior leadership decisions.
• We mentor team members on mission assurance, continuity planning, and the creation of high-quality analytical products.
• We deliver expert support for Tableau and other data visualization tools to meet business and leadership needs.
• We support the design, development, and upkeep of SharePoint sites and other web-based tools, ensuring information stays current and useful.
• We represent the directorate for user interface development, coordinate corporate updates with IT, and address functionality issues proactively.
• We analyze and assess activities to recommend system and process improvements, optimization, and sustainment of GEOINT capabilities.
• We establish performance measures, monitor metrics, and interpret results to identify and implement performance-based enhancements.
• We lead discussions in internal and external meetings, facilitate data-focused working groups, and represent our organization to IC and DoD partners.
