Business Analyst, FISMA Audit

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 7+ years of experience in a relevant functional or cross-functional business area.
• We require a bachelors degree in business, management, or a related discipline; alternatively, 10+ years of experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• We need demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement methods such as Six Sigma, and leadership.
• We require proficiency with specialized tools including MS Visio, MS Project, or JIRA.
• We require a current and active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• The role requires the ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time and to move around the office as needed for files, equipment, communication, and presentations.

• We research and synthesize information from multiple sources to create executive-level reports, briefings, and strategic recommendations.
• We lead business process re-engineering efforts, using advanced metrics and performance measures to improve workflows and monitor mission outcomes.
• We draft, coordinate, and review policies and strategic guidance so directorate activities stay aligned with agency goals and performance reviews.
• We serve as the primary Action Officer, managing critical initiatives from resource planning and Integrated Master Schedule maintenance through final delivery.
• We provide subject matter expertise in Records & Information Management, IT and cybersecurity strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Risk Management.
• We support IT audit activities such as FISMA by reviewing evidence and tracking findings, while also guiding Continuity of Operations and Business Continuity Planning.
• We facilitate senior-level engagement across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense to manage requirements, resolve issues, and build consensus.
• We direct and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to meet performance goals, promote continuous improvement, and provide strategic direction on complex projects.
