Senior Business Analyst, Team Lead

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 10+ years of program management experience, with a strong ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations for executive decision-makers.
• We look for proven leadership skills, including experience guiding a team to strong performance outcomes.
• We require the ability to present complex strategies and operational metrics clearly to senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners, with actionable takeaways.
• We need a demonstrated record of managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, including risk management, scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement while meeting time and budget constraints.
• We expect experience supporting strategic decision-making in a team setting.
• We value experience creating and taking part in leadership development programs that strengthen strategic thinking, decision-making, and team management.
• We need experience analyzing the results of implemented strategies and policies, reporting on effectiveness, and recommending ongoing improvements.
• We prefer FEMA Level 1 certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
• We require a current, active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
• We require the ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move around the office to access equipment or communicate with coworkers, management, and customers, including through presentations.

• We collaborate across Mission Assurance teams to ensure final deliverables align with leadership expectations and maintain high quality.
• We advise contractor team leads on product deliverables so team priorities are represented during staffing.
• We review all high-level team products before they are delivered to branch leadership.
• We create and deliver executive briefings, talking points, and strategic project plans with accuracy, alignment, and audience relevance.
• We mentor the team on daily mission assurance and continuity work, including briefings, leadership correspondence, white papers, position papers, and continuity-related documents.
• We analyze mission assurance and continuity metrics and data to provide senior leadership with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• We drive continuous improvement in Mission Assurance and Continuity programs by gathering feedback, evaluating performance, and recommending process, training, and policy enhancements.
• We develop, coordinate, and execute a strategic communications plan for the Mission Assurance Branch to inform internal and external customers about our capabilities and services.
