Job Description: Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction. You are eligible for our employer-sponsored insurance plans (Medical, Dental, Vision), 401(k) with a 3% match, and Paid Time Off.Responsibilities:Evaluate and sell projectsEducate customers on processIdentify and document project scope of workMaintain customer and client communicationsReview estimatesObtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimateEnsure proper permits are acquiredCreate project schedule, timeline, and budgetIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clientsQualifications:Superb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationExperience in restoration and/or construction preferredHigh school diploma/GEDProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawPhysical and Work Environment Requirements:Exposure to extreme conditions such as heatWalking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbingAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsCompensation is Based on Experience All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
