CNC Operator

We are looking for a CNC Operator who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and continuous improvement. We are accepting applications to fill our night shift positions. What You'll Do: Set up & operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Read and interpret blueprints & engineering drawings. Check finished parts to tight tolerances (up to 4 decimal places). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Train team members as needed and contribute to continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately. Knowledge of algebra, trigonometry, and GD&T preferred. Strong communication skills. Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export regulations. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. Experience and Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 2+ years of experience operating CNC machines. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, sit, or bend for up to 10 hours per day. Lift up to 35 lbs. independently and with control. Reach overhead, use hands for extended periods, and maintain dexterity. Ability to stoop or kneel for extended durations. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Work Environment: Regular movement through manufacturing areas near industrial machinery and moderate noise levels. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
