Senior Operations Coordinator

Experienced in payroll processing, the full-time Senior People Operations Coordinator will manage global payroll through Rippling, support benefits administration, and assist with the full employee lifecycle in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Own the preparation and processing of global payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines Support day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs and serve as a resource for employee inquiries Maintain accurate employee information and documentation while supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HR reporting Required qualifications 6+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, People Operations, payroll, or benefits administration 3+ years of hands-on experience with Rippling payroll processing Demonstrated ability to prepare and process payroll independently, including auditing and resolving discrepancies Experience with HRIS and payroll systems beyond basic employee self-service functionality Working knowledge of federal and state employment and payroll requirements
