Senior Accountant
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc.
Overseeing fiduciary and client-facing financial processes, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage premium and reserve reconciliations, broker payments, and ensure compliance in financial transactions while maintaining audit-ready records. Key responsibilities: Reconcile over 500 fiduciary bank accounts monthly and prepare client reserve balances Execute FBO account replenishments and manage ACH setup for carriers and brokers Support the annual financial audit and lead the evaluation of new systems to streamline fiduciary processes Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit processes Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Bachelor's degree in Accounting Ability to work independently in a remote environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc.
