Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and acquire new commercial clients through networking and relationship-building.

Insurance Solutions: Assess client needs and customize insurance packages to effectively manage risk and provide optimal coverage options.

Portfolio Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients by regularly reviewing insurance policies and suggesting necessary updates.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice and identify market opportunities.

Sales Strategies: Implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and contribute to revenue growth.

Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral partners.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Virginia Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, specifically in commercial lines.

Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Client-Focused: Strong ability to tailor solutions and exceed client expectations.

Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
