About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to be the strategic finance leader for the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing FP&A, financial systems, data & analytics, and business partnering, and will lead a high-performing finance team. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, operations, and corporate development to drive forecasting, reporting, operational performance, and M&A integration. The VP of Finance will also be expected to deliver Board-ready reporting, and strategic financial insights, and to drive process improvements and scalable finance capabilities across the rapidly growing organization. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering within a large, multi-site organization. Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive businesses is preferred, as is a proven track record in M&A, including diligence, integration, and systems/process transformation. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in ERP, BI, and financial reporting platforms, and a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead organizational change. Experience in commercial services, building services, facilities services, industrial services, distribution, construction, or other branch-based, asset-intensive businesses is highly valued.
