About the Position

We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor (MD) for a full time position supporting outpatient clinics & an ambulatory surgery center across multiple Las Vegas Valley locations. This opportunity is ideal for a physician comfortable providing clinical care, performing injections and procedures, managing pre & post procedure care, and traveling locally between designated facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose & treat new and established outpatient patients
• Review medical histories, physical examinations, imaging & laboratory results
• Develop individualized treatment plans & provide follow up care
• Order & interpret diagnostic testing when clinically appropriate
• Prescribe medications & treatments within scope of practice
• Perform injections & appropriately credentialed procedures
• Evaluate patients for procedural candidacy & medical necessity
• Conduct pre procedure & post procedure evaluations
• Obtain & document informed consent
• Participate in applicable therapeutic or procedural trials
• Monitor & document patient outcomes
• Provide physician services within approved clinical privileges
• Complete required H&P, procedure notes, postoperative orders & follow up documentation
• Participate in procedural time outs & patient safety processes
• Recognize & manage procedural complications and medical emergencies
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance & performance improvement activities
• Maintain accurate & timely medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing, imaging & administrative teams
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, facility policies & applicable Nevada regulations

Multi Location Coverage

• Regular local travel between designated outpatient clinics & ambulatory surgery centers
• Assignments may vary based on procedure schedules, patient volume & operational needs
• Flexibility to work across multiple Las Vegas Valley locations is required
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency applicable to the physician's specialty
• Current unrestricted Nevada medical license or eligibility for Nevada licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in an applicable specialty
• Current DEA registration, as applicable
• Current NPI
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification as required by assigned duties & privileges
• Ability to successfully complete credentialing & ambulatory surgery center privileging
• Eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payer enrollment
• Eligibility to participate in federal healthcare programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Ambulatory surgery center experience
• Outpatient procedural experience
• Experience performing injections & minimally invasive procedures
• Experience with therapeutic or procedural trials
• Image guided procedure experience when applicable
• Experience in a multi location healthcare organization
• Strong understanding of medical necessity & clinical documentation
• Healthcare compliance knowledge
• Experience collaborating with APPs & multidisciplinary teams
