Personal Lines Account Manager

What We Are Seeking Work closely with the Agency Owner. For this part-time Personal Lines Account Manager role, the ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, dependable and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process renewals for Personal Lines, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and seamless continuation of coverage. Issue certificates of insurance and related policy documents in accordance with client and carrier requirements. Maintain and update client accounts within the agency management system with accurate policy information and detailed activity notes. Attach and organize policy documents, correspondence, and client files within the management system for efficient recordkeeping. Respond promptly and professionally to client and carrier emails, providing excellent customer service and policy support. Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed.
