The Role

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment. May take and transcribe dictation.

This position will be to provide general administrative support for a group of ~80 engineers, designers, technicians, and analysists, including one Manager 3 and five Manager 1/2s within the E50 Propulsion & Reactor Engineer Planning Yard's Steam Plant Engineer and Design group. Key skills required include ability to process numerous travel requests (including international travel), utilize various databases to interrupt and provide results to team, office management, onboarding, and event planning and management. Qualified candidates must display excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to pivot based on changing priorities.
