Exciting contract opportunity available for a Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about working in educational settings with pediatric populations. This role offers the chance to support students’ communication development, collaborate with educational teams, and make a meaningful impact every day.
Ideal candidates bring expertise in providing SLP services within schools and a strong commitment to empowering young learners across diverse backgrounds and abilities. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-certified SLPs are encouraged to apply.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility
- Experience or training in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Familiarity with SLP practices including assessment, intervention, and documentation for school-aged children
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team alongside educators and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized while managing a diverse caseload
- New graduates completing their CFY welcome, as well as experienced SLPs holding the CCC designation
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy and intervention in both individual and group settings
- Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing program development
