Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, SLP Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseloads, document progress, and implement effective interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff development opportunities
• Support students with a variety of speech and language disorders, adapting therapy to each unique learner
