Full-time | $56,000 to $65,000 per year plus performance bonuses

THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic Content Marketing Manager to own our marketing presence in the Kissimmee and Davenport market. You will be the only person in this role in your market, so you will have real ownership. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the role can grow as quickly as you do, this is for you.

This is a hybrid position. About half your time is in the field, filming and creating content in our market, and about half is at home managing accounts and working with the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage our social media platforms for the Kissimmee/Davenport market, including posting, engagement, and community interaction

• Plan and create content, including filming and editing photo and video in the field

• Carry out our current marketing strategies and work with the team to launch new ones that drive growth

• Coordinate marketing materials across all of our departments

• Track engagement and results, and use them to improve what we do

• Represent Edge in the community and help build our local presence

• Travel occasionally to industry conferences and events to represent Edge, create content, and help grow our presence

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience managing social media or creating content for a brand

• Comfort with filming and editing photo and video

• Full-time availability, ready to start right away

• An energetic, self-driven approach and the ability to work independently

• Your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (field work is about 50% of the role)

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

NICE TO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience

• Experience building a marketing function or a large social media presence from the ground up

• Background in real estate, hospitality, or travel
