Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
- Client Communication: Interact directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Policy Recommendations: Offer expert advice on insurance coverage options and tailor plans to suit individual client requirements.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
Requirements
- No insurance experience required.
- Active 440 license is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Comfort using standard computer systems and basic insurance management software.
• Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and email interactions.
- Strong attention to detail when processing policy changes or documentation.
- confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
