The compliance function spans all of it. The person stepping into this role takes over full ownership of compliance globally, with the autonomy and accountability that comes with it. The core of the role is advisory compliance. You'll be the expert the trading desk, development, and operations teams come to in real time. You'll also build and maintain a pre-cleared rules framework so recurring questions have ready answers, and you'll own the algo trading governance framework end-to-end.
