Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, primarily (7:00 am-3:30 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm)
• Occasional flex to weekends (one weekend day per month with a comp day off)
• Weekly guaranteed 36 hours

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Strong inpatient rehabilitation experience required
• Expertise in neuro/CVA patient care highly preferred
• Passion for working with adult and older adult populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech therapy services to patients with neurological or medical needs
• Manage an average caseload of 6-7 sessions per 8-hour day
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff to create holistic care plans
• Document patient progress in the electronic health record
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-focused environment
