NOW HIRING: GENERAL LABORERS IN TOANO, VA!

Position: General Laborer
Pay: $16/hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st shift is 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• 2nd shift is 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm ($1/hr differential)
• 3rd shift is 11:00 pm - 7:30 am ($2/hr differential)

Shift times may vary based on assignment within the warehouse

The Lee Group is hiring reliable and motivated  General Laborers for a respected manufacturing facility in  Toano, VA . These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours, weekly pay, and an opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing as a General Laborer:

• Move and prepare materials for production
• Load and unload parts on racks or at workstations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist machine operators and team members as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and report concerns
• Conduct basic quality inspections
• Support other departments with general labor tasks

What We’re Looking  For in a General Laborer :

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Dependable, with good attendance and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Willingness to work overtime when required
