You will also have the opportunity to:Provide IT technical support to employees and customersUtilize a ticketing system for supportKeep up-to-date documentation of hardware and software assetsSpecify, order, and configure IT equipment such as PC's, servers, switches, and routersDevelop and deploy standardized computer images and software packagesMaintain Active Directory objects and Global Policy Objects (GPO)Support Microsoft 365 cloud services (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)Identify, propose, and implement efficiency gaining projects/initiativesSome qualities we're looking forA positive and proactive approach to addressing challengesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA sense of ownership and pride in your workA commitment to lifelong learning and curiosityEnjoyment in working both in teams and on personal projectsAn agile approach to everyday projects and tasksBackground and experiences that will set you up for successAssociate degree or higher in IT or IT-related fieldEquivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certificationsProven troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing and resolving technical issuesProficiency and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating SystemsMust possess fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networksExperience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support roleExperience managing Windows Active Directory infrastructureIn-depth understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsWorking knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote controlJob details you should knowBase salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $85,000 and is based on experience and tenureThis is a full time, exempt position. Typical work days are Monday-FridayThis position involves working in an office environment with extensive use of keyboard, monitor, mouse, and other IT peripheral equipment.
