As an Aviation Assembler, you'll play a key role in manufacturing precision aerospace components by:

• Assembling small aircraft and aerospace components
• Testing and inspecting products to ensure exceptional quality
• Using hand and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts
• Following detailed work instructions and assembly procedures
• Completing quality documentation and inspections
• Keeping workstations, tools, and parts clean and organized
• Working alongside a collaborative team to meet production goals

We're hiring motivated individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work and take pride in producing high-quality products.

• Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience
• Blueprint reading experience (a plus)
• Experience with testing equipment or automated testing processes (a plus)

• Strong attention to detail
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
