Work Environment

The role is situated within a dynamic rehabilitation center located in Elk Grove, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities to determine appropriate therapy methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique goals and rehabilitation outcomes.
• Regularly assess and document patients' progress using the company's electronic record system, including creating SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on treatment processes, recovery strategies, and potential challenges.
• Ensure effective collaboration across therapy disciplines to enhance patient care for clients receiving multiple services in the center.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Body Balance Rehab, you will encounter conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and developmental delays. Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in California, granted by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Ability to perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments, with a willingness to incorporate telehealth services when appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits
