Investor Relations & Marketing Executive Assistant

Midtown PE firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the investor relations and marketing teams in New York. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare correspondence, and edit PowerPoint presentations for investor meetings. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of administrative experience, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion. 8:30/9am-5/5:30pm with OT flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr HRB
