Marketing Operations Coordinator

Supporting various marketing initiatives, the full-time Marketing Operations Coordinator will manage the Marketing Development Funds program, oversee fulfillment of sales materials, and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain web assets, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end Marketing Development Funds program, including budget tracking and vendor claim submissions Oversee the fulfillment center for sales materials and manage the ordering of branded marketing collateral Assist in tracking project progress and collecting KPI data for marketing initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent marketing experience Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus File management experience is a plus Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Critical problem-solver who takes initiative to find resolutions
