Landscape Foreman

Job Description Job Description Landscape & Hardscape Foreman / Crew Lead J&B Exterior Group LLC is seeking an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Foreman / Crew Lead to lead crews and oversee residential and commercial exterior construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong landscape and hardscape experience who can manage a crew, operate equipment, maintain production schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Qualifications 5+ years of professional landscape, hardscape, or exterior construction experience

2+ years of Foreman, Crew Lead, Supervisor, or management experience

Fluent in English and Spanish — required

Valid driver’s license and responsible driving record

Experience driving work trucks and towing trailers

Experienced operating Bobcat MT100, mini excavator, skid steer, and other small machinery

Strong knowledge of landscape and hardscape installation

Able to read plans, layouts, measurements, and project specifications

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Reliable, organized, and able to work outdoors in Florida weather Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily landscape/hardscape crews

Assign tasks and maintain daily production

Ensure projects are completed according to plans, scope, and company standards

Perform and oversee installation of:

Pavers, patios, walkways, and driveways

Retaining and segmental block walls

Artificial turf and sod

Plantings, landscape beds, and decorative rock

Irrigation and drainage

Fencing and gates

Outdoor living areas and fire pits

Operate and maintain trucks, trailers, and construction equipment

Safely load, secure, and transport equipment and materials

Verify measurements, elevations, grading, drainage, and layouts

Manage materials and minimize waste

Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites

Perform quality control and correct deficiencies

Train and hold crew members accountable for productivity and workmanship

Communicate daily progress, material needs, delays, and jobsite issues to management

Take jobsite photos and provide project updates

Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients when required

Complete punch-list items and assist with project closeout What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a working Foreman, not simply a supervisor.
