ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In office 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri in south Huntsville. Must have Property & Casualty Producer license to apply. Must have no less than 2 years' experience in Insurance & Financial Services sales with consistent and high levels of production across all lines of business. State Farm team member experience preferred, not required.
I am looking for a hustler to put some numbers on the board and make money doing it. I need someone ambitious, experienced, and driven to achieve success in this career as a future State Farm agency owner. Base salary included + commission on all sales with increased commission rates as targets are hit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospect home, auto, life, health.
Serve current customers via phone and in person. Be a "good neighbor" to everyone.
Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
Successful sales record, consistent production month-to-month
