About the Role The Manager owns email and SMS end to end: campaign calendars and flows, welcome, replenishment, winback, and subscription journeys, audience segmentation and personalization, creative briefs with the studio, deliverability health, and the testing roadmap that compounds revenue per recipient quarter after quarter.
