Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is a critical part of a Commercial Lines Department, responsible for providing A-Z servicing and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Compensation Package Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually Bonus Program: Monthly bonus opportunities based on new policies written and policy re-writes, with potential to earn an additional $1,000+ per month based on performance. Benefits: Fully covered employee health insurance on our base plan (option to include children/spouse at an additional cost). Responsibilities Provide comprehensive A-Z servicing for commercial lines accounts. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 in size. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Participate in the monthly bonus program by actively writing new policies and handling policy re-writes. Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
