This role is responsible for supervising multiple crews, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating all aspects of landscape maintenance from proposal through execution.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver superior customer service with clear, professional, and proactive communicationSupervise, train, and manage 3–5 landscape maintenance crewsPossess strong knowledge of Florida plant material and best horticultural practicesApply or develop knowledge of fertilizers, fungicides, chemicals, and integrated property careManage and troubleshoot irrigation systemsPossess or develop experience with low-voltage landscape lightingDiagnose and resolve landscape, irrigation, and site-related issues efficientlyRead and interpret detailed landscape and irrigation plansMeasure properties and prepare accurate maintenance proposalsOversee daily maintenance operations and ensure work meets Botanica’s quality standardsCoordinate projects seamlessly from proposal to work order to executionMaintain consistent, positive, and professional client communicationExercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in the field and with clientsQUALIFICATIONSSpanish and/or Creole language skills are a plusValid, clean Florida Driver’s License requiredFlorida State Certified Spray License is a plusAspire experience is a plusThe Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
