IT Help Desk Technician II - Customer-Focused Support

Teva, a global biopharmaceutical leader, is seeking a Service Desk Technician to handle Level 1 and 2 IT support for North America. You will be the first point of contact by phone, email, or chat, diagnose issues, and route complex problems as needed. Candidates should have at least 3 years in a help desk, an associate degree or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation and CompTIA A+ are preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus ServiceNow and Active Directory knowledge, are #J-18808-Ljbffr Teva
