Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client an Administrative Assistant based in Belmar, NJ.

Location: Belmar, NJ
Compensation: 50,000
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the sales team and assist with cross-departmental administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations by managing documentation, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Support Sales team with daily administrative duties to ensure efficient workflow
Assist the sales team with quoting, proposals, and customer documentation for accuracy and timeliness
Review sales order packages for completion and proper submission
Assist Account Representatives with research to support analysis and reporting
Manage the equipment order process, including entering Purchase & Sales orders in the ERP system
Set up new equipment models in system to maintain accurate product data
Required Experience/Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and work within ERP systems or CRM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience/Skills
Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
Familiarity with ERP or CRM
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
