Responsibilities

  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive client satisfaction and retention.

  Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  
  



• 
  Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic decision-making.
  
  



• 
  Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding new products, services, and enhancements.
  
  



• 
  Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing value and benefits.
  
  



• 
  Monitor account performance metrics and develop strategies to address any areas of concern.

  Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profit margins and ensure mutual satisfaction.

  Provide feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  
  



• 
  3+ years of experience in account management or a related role.
  
  



• 
  Proven track record of successfully managing strategic accounts and achieving sales targets.
  
  



• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Salary-$75,000-$95,000
